Thank you for your trading interest in VTrader Pro. Each trader we decide to add to our group will be required to join the group as an "Entrepreneurial Member" By joining our LLC, you will partner with us in your trading business. This does allow some extremely important trading benefits, taxation implications, and ability to scale your trading business with the assistance of our relationships, trader's network and back end infrastructure. All traders and trading groups become members of the VTrader Pro, LLC Broker Dealer and, as such, are subject to the risks of joining the LLC and maintaining subaccount in a non-segregated pooled environment.

VTrader Group is comprised of two entities, VTrader Pro, LLC, a proprietary professional and market making firm that is a registered Broker/Dealer, member of the CBOE, and an exempt pool under rule 4.13 of the C.F.T.C., and VT Brokers LLC, a registered FINRA Broker/Dealer. VTrader Pro, LLC does not solicit customer accounts and all traders must join our LLC as a member.
